We offer our “save me RUSH” service for same day creation, production and shipping! It’s available for an additional fee of only $10.00 per item. We must receive your order by noon CST, to have enough time to create your personalized item.

 We’ll send you a confirming email as soon as it’s shipped! You will automatically be notified when your order ships. We’ll be sure to send you a different email for each package, so you know every shipment that we send out for you.

 We’ll send you the tracking number, automatically! For all orders that you have shipped by UPS or FedEx, we’ll automatically send you a tracking number. You can go to the UPS or FedEx websites and enter your number to see exactly where your package is located. Unfortunately, this tracking service is not available if you choose to have your package sent via the USPS.

 Sure! We create all of our graphics on the computer. So, you can ask us to use your digital photo, or send us artwork or a logo to scan for you. We’ll use your graphics just as we would use our own designs! You can email photos and artwork to us at artwork@mazelbear.com, or send it in the mail to Bearly Friends, Suite 222, 1510 Old Deerfield Road, Highland Park, IL 60035-3072.

 To BUY one, just click on the Gift Certificate tab at the top of the page! You click on a gift certificate $ amount button, just like you click on a bear or baby blanket. It will be added to your shopping cart.
To USE or REDEEM one, here’s how:
- Once you've selected your gift, click on checkout.
- On the Shipping Form, you'll see a field that says "Enter the Coupon or Gift Certificate Code." Make sure that you enter the complete gift certificate code. It must start with the "@" sign.
- If you have more than one gift certificate, you can enter all of the codes separated by commas.
- If you have enough funds on the gift certificate to cover the cost of your order you won't be required to enter any credit card information.
- If you don't have enough funds on your gift certificate to cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card.

 Yes, of course! We don’t want to sell you anything you don’t really want. So long as we haven’t shipped your order, you can cancel or change it! If we have already created the personalized part of your order, we’ll need to charge you only the $10.00 fee for the bear shirt or bear bib. We’ll credit you for the balance of the item. If you cancel an item that is not personalized, we will issue a full refund or credit to you. If you catch us with a change before we create your personalization…Great! No problem, No charge!

 Yes and No. You can always return any defective item, or item we didn’t create according to your order, for an immediate replacement, credit or refund (less shipping costs)!
And, you can even return the un-personalized part of any gift.
Please note, however, that if we created your personalization according to your order, we are unable to accept it back unless it’s defective.
