If you are not satisfied with any product that you have ordered, please call, fax or email, our Customer Service Department and you will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA).

If possible, Items should be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original packing list. You must include the Return Authorization number (RA) we have issued to you.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us. If your return is within 30 days of when we shipped it to you:

You receive your choice of a full refund, credit or exchange, less any amount for personalized products made according to your instructions. Your full refund or credit will be issued as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.

After more than 30 days we offer the following options:

Store credit upon receipt of returned merchandise and a 10% restocking charge.
Exchange of merchandise for other products, plus shipping charge.

For damaged shipments we offer these options:

An exchange or replacement of the merchandise, with shipping free of charge, or
Full refund or credit upon receipt of returned merchandise.
