I had coordinated with my sister-in-law to purchase a spa treatment for my wife while I was away. That was to be her birthday present from me. On the 9th of Feb, my wife, who is also in the military received orders that she would soon be deploying also. Therefore, she told her sister that she didn't want the spa treatment (she didn't know it was from me, that would be the surprise), because she would be very busy taking care of our two children and preparing to deploy. Now that you know the background, I called your business on the 10th of Feb. I don't know your salesman's name who assisted me, I am still trying to find out his name. Anyway, I called right after closing time on the 10th trying to get a present to my wife on the 11th. He took my information, had the shirt personalized, and took the bear (himself) to get it sent overnight so that my wife would have it on her birthday. The bear made it and my wife loves it. She said she will take it with her when she deploys. Please pass this message up to the highest levels of your customer service.
